We recently visited Surge and were extremely impressed by the level of cleanliness and maintenance. The trampolines, padding, and surrounding areas were all spotless and well-maintained. It was clear that the staff put a lot of effort into ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for visitors.
Wow, our family had an absolutely fantastic time at Surge Adventure Park right here in Virginia Beach! From the moment we walked in, the energy was amazing, and we were blown away by the sheer number of trampolines and different bouncing zones.
Visited for the first time, and it was a lot of fun! I really like that there is a separate toddler jump area and play area. There are a lot of different activities, definitely something for everyone! My concern is a lack of cleanliness.
We had our daughters birthday party last Saturday, and our party host, Jordan, was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She was nice and friendly, and made sure we got everything we needed. She handled every detail with such a positive attitude even when some of our guests were having trouble with the waiver.
