Great place to come with the kiddos and beat the heat!! Staff was very helpful with all the climbing equipment! Shout out to General Manager Jae, from the time we got here to the time we left she was on top of everything from stocking, to cleaning, to running the front desk!
This place has done a complete 360°. We attended a birthday party here at Surge and I was really reluctant on coming due to past customer service, management, and presentation of the establishment. We were greeted upon arrival and given the attention we needed to get started with our jump session.
Clean, staff was friendly and helpful. The process was quick and easy to purchase tickets online. The massage chairs are amazing benefit as well. The manager Toni & team member Jayonna are simply phenomenal. They take great care of us each & every time we come to this amazing establishment. The facility is clean, the air flows nicely to keep our children cool & we have a great time always. I highly recommend everyone come to Surge & come see Toni & the crew.
