great service and experience. ordering process was simple. staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. playset was set up in one day by one person from their delivery team and my kids (3.5 yr and 5 yr old) were on it as soon as it was finished.
My husband and I purchased a set for our 6 year old son and 2 year old daughter. It was such a smooth process from choosing the base set, and customizing the pieces. The quality is great, and it took only a few hours for the company to come out and put it together (takes about 4-8 weeks depending on the time of year).
A few years ago I purchased a large playground from their Berlin, NJ location including assembly. I had such a great experience that this is the first place that came to mind when my kids asked for a trampoline. After doing a ton of research I knew I wanted a springfree one for safety reasons.
10/10 highly recommend! This is our first day here and a perfect way to stay cool while also keeping the kids entertained without breaking the bank! The price is good for the entire day, parents are free, and you can use all equipment inside as well as outside in the fully fenced (partially shaded) area!
