My 5yo son absolutely loves this place. If it’s between this, Wiggle Works, or Funtastic Playtorium, he chooses Super Jump Party Zone 9 times out of 10. He enjoys all of the arcade games, the claw machines, the bounce houses, slides, everything. Only downside is that you’re capped at an hour and a half of jump time.
The staff was super friendly and supervising everything! My 3 and 4 year old had so much fun! We went on a Saturday and there wasn't a ton of people. Some parents need to do more supervising on their kids tho. If you know your child is a bully or a bad a** then don't bring them.
All in all it was pretty good my son enjoyed the party a lot. It was relatively cheaper compared to other places in the nearby areas. And they had a attendance that was there to help with anything we needed at all times which was great cuz I needed help putting up decorations and things like that Etc.
My kids love this place. There's not a WHOLE lot to it but for kids from about 4-8ish, it's awesome. There's two huge slides, an arcade, an obstacle course, a mini carousel and a couple other blowup areas. It's always clean, employees courteous and (surprisingly) never really gets crazy loud.
