What parents highlight
“When there was no indication they were going to clean it up, with ten minutes till my guests arrived I had to ask her to clean the play area.”
“I have two suggestions… a comfy chair and little table in the bathroom to sit and breastfeed… and a small potty in the restroom for little ones potty training.”
“The staff was very kind and welcoming, and the entire place looked clean and well-maintained.”
“The coffee and refresher were great, all the kids toys were routinely organized, and the workers even talk with the kids which is super sweet.”
“They have the best bagels and lots of stuff for the littles at a great price.”
What parents say
Edit*** they have since lowered prices and allow for punch cards which give free entries with a purchase of multiple visits at once. Prices have lowered and the experience itself is still as great as it was the first time. We've been back twice and will be back again!
It was a good value for a private party. We had around 15 kids and 15 adults and booked a private Sunday party. The thing that got me was when we showed up, the place was destroyed. Tables were wiped down, but the play area was so dirty.
Today was my first visit with my two girls and it was a really good experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I will say that the website isn’t the greatest when you make a reservation. I was under the impression it was $15 for the visit and not $15 PER child.
Came here with my daughter and she loved it. Kept her entertained and she said she wanted to stay forever. The menu fit the theme of the cafe and the prices weren’t bad. My bagel and chai were a nice treat. I don’t mind paying a bit more to support a small business.
Bringing a toddler?
Reviews and the venue's own info mention a dedicated toddler area or toddler times at Storybook Play Cafe — a separate space where little ones can play without dodging big kids.
