Excellent helpful and friendly staff! Shout out to Shawn and John who are there on Wednesday nights for Adult Hoops! Four stars only because of the lack of space and equipment in the weight room. There is no squat rack and not many dumbbells. I mostly use this facility for basketball.
We like to take our two year old there M-F from 10-12. They have a toddler/preschool playtime I guess you'd call it. It's open to the community. It costs us 2$ usually but many times we've shown up at 11:30 and staff let us in free. The gym is clean and the parents do a good job watching the children.
Spartan rec center is a great place for a party rental or to go work out. Its well staffed and well run. There are good exercise classes and good equipment available.
