What parents say
Just came for our first time it was packed and chaotic (rainy day) but still a huge win for us!! My kids (3 & 5) had a blast and I think they were the ideal age. Great design of all the play spaces.
Amazing experience! This place completely redefines what a kids’ play space can be. Beautiful design, warm and welcoming staff, and genuinely fun for adults too. The café is surprisingly great - Paloma coffee, delicious food, and maybe the best avocado toast in the neighborhood.
Me and my daughter had the best time at Space Play! She is autistic, and I was so happy to see how welcoming and sensory-friendly the space was for her. Everything felt safe, clean, and thoughtfully designed so she could explore comfortably at her own pace.
This was a savior for a cold windy day in winter when we needed to get the kids out of the house! Age range 18mo to 6y all had a blast for over 1.5hrs. No conflicts. Felt clean. All parents and kids were friendly and respectful. Even a quiet area.
Bringing a toddler?
Reviews and the venue's own info mention a dedicated toddler area or toddler times at Space Club Greenpoint — a separate space where little ones can play without dodging big kids.
Sensory-friendly play
Space Club Greenpoint is mentioned for sensory-friendly sessions — typically quieter play times with lights and music turned down. Schedules for these change, so call ahead to confirm the next session before you go.
