We got the membership so try to come often! The kids always have a blast! I even try to play on the silks since it's a challenge! Clean, and very helpful friendly staff! Never super crowded which makes it more enjoyable!
This place was great. My husband and I were in the Binghamton area for work with our kids. DEFY was perfect for a rainy day outing. My kids loved it. The area was clean and comfortable. Many different courses they are challenging and fun. The staff was amazing fun.

The kids love this place and we try to go when we can. I do think it's slightly overpriced, though I can appreciate the fact they have staffing, equipment upkeep, cleaning, and liability concerns. The staff are attentive and the facility is kept well overall.
