Staff are friendly and helpful. They do a great job. Not 5 stars because the price of the Gatorade is crazy, and it needs to be deep cleaned. Overall, we have always enjoyed our visit to the Hickory location. The staff in hickory is the best. They are informative and knowledgeable about the questions that I had.
I had a wonderful experience at this trampoline park! The staff was friendly, the facility was clean, and everything was well organized. I especially want to recognize Keon for her outstanding customer service. She was welcoming, professional, and very attentive throughout our visit.
I had such an amazing visit at sky zone on Saturday! I was greeted by the GM Seth at the counter. He explained the membership options to me and my husband, he helped us pick the best option for our family. He was super professional and nice. All of the staff were super friendly and professional.
My family had so much fun here! The park was clean and well organized. A special shoutout to Keon& Deon for being so helpful and professional. They helped us with everything we needed and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Great service and a great experience overall!
