5/2/26: The manager and owner, Diana, called me personally to make things right and invited us to come back. She clarified the rules and explained that a membership is not required to play after 5 PM. They corrected the situation, and we were able to enjoy our time there after all.
Excellent customer service! They were ultra helpful in helping us set up for my son's birthday party yesterday. He and his friends had a great time jumping and playing in the facility. My son and his friends really enjoyed being there and then having the pizza and refreshments afterwards.
Lots of different areas that were set up for fun. We enjoyed the slide, for all ages, stunt jump, swing pit and zip line. It's a loud atmosphere, music, TVs, small arcade, bathrooms were clean and seating for non jumpers. Snack bar prices, $6 for a slurpee.
We celebrated our Grandson’s birthday there. A great place to have family fun time.
