Me and my grandkids visited Sky Zone Trampoline Park in Blaine Minnesota and had a very pleasant experience. The two young men at the front desk who checked us in were so kind and polite one had curly hair and the other had shorter hair. They were patient and welcoming, which I truly appreciated.
My kid loves going. There's parties happening most of the weekends so it does get pretty full. A few times they had hit maximum capacity, so that speaks for itself. Staff pretty friendly. Their strawberry icey so bomb. Lol. They do check wristbands here and there.
Mistra, the staff, went above and beyond trying to help my son feel comfortable going down the slide. He was super nervous and she sat there and encouraged him for probably ten minutes. The staff are amazing, helpful, and care about the kids experience.
