Wow… just wow. Where do I even start? My daughter wanted to have her birthday here since we come all the time with our membership, so we reached out to Eddie, the GM, about doing a private rental. From the jump, he made the whole process super easy and stress-free.
Can honestly say this is the best sky zone me and my family been too. It was so clean and well put together, The staff was so much help. Eddie and his team did the best to help me celebrate my son 5th birthday, they were so patient with us with this last minute party. The food was great and fresh the drinks were good.
5 stars! Took the kids to Sky Zone in Bedford Park (Chicago-Midway spot) and it was awesome. Super clean, felt totally safe—everything's padded and supervised. The trampolines, foam pits, all that stuff? Kids were laughing nonstop. Shoutout to two staff who kept things fun and secure—great with little ones.
So the alsip sky zone location never bothered to tell me that this location was even opening!!! and this one is 1000 times better! Manager precious is amazing and they need to allow people that have memberships so close to each other utilize both spaces Corporate!
