This park is a very nice step up for the typical playground. There are many activities for children, which include a size specific merry-go-rounds (one of each for toddlers, young adolescents, and older adolescents). The main attraction is the two story bridge that connects the multiple climbing sections.
Took my grandkids here and it was like an amusement park for free! The equipment was top notch! ( except for the sand diggers which seem to be too heavy, clumsy and a little dangerous. too bad it was a cool idea) The fake grass turf was a nice touch being a little spongy and is a soft landing for falls.
This was a great playground, there were a wide variety of fun equipment for the kids ( I'd say ages 5+). When we were there (weekend afternoon in the 50s) it was really crowded and there was not enough seating for the parents.
Clean, friendly, and fun environment. Water fountains with water bottle refill as well, bathrooms and about a million things to keep the kids having fun.
Bringing a toddler?
