This place is SUPER CUTE. There’s SO much to do and play with. It’s pretend play heaven with an art area and a ball pit. The staff Olivia was so helpful, accommodating and friendly. She offered us snacks and gave us the biggest warm welcome. If you forget your snacks they have them for retail. Which is really helpful.
This place gives moms and parents a safe, charming, and clean space to play and enjoy. The staff are very friendly and professional. I saw a review on here giving Simply Play one star due to being charged over a year for a membership and then wanting money back...seems to be a user error to me.
From my first call to the day of event, this has been such a nice experience. Jessica was the staff who helped on the day of the event and she was excellent . All the children appeared to have amazing time. My friend came in and did the decor and I love that you can customize the party to your liking.
We took our 4 children (7, 5, 2, & 0) here for a friend's birthday party and it was great. It was really relaxing to know that the kids could keep themselves busy in a safe environment. The adults had a comfy spot to chill in the middle of everything and the place was clean and well-kept.
