Playdate for the kids turned into playtime for everyone! Recess!! The Experience is a neon-lit playground that blends art and play. It was super fun, colorful, and interactive for all ages. Step into the glowdome, strike a pose, and enjoy a one-of-a-kind adventure!
We had a nice time. I agree with other reviewers, was definitely a great find. Recess is only open on the weekends, It was immersive for the whole family, they also host birthday parties.
This was a fun and unexpected find off of the Staten Island ferry. My 4 and 6 year old said over and over this was their favorite thing we did on our NY vacation. The staff was kind and accommodating, explaining every step of the way what to expect. There are 19 stations of lighthearted fun powered by black lights.
