We had Isabella as our room helper for my son's 10th Minecraft birthday party. She was phenomenal. She was friendly , very helpful and attentive to my chaotic start. She always had a smile on her face and I truly value her superb customer service. Her energy was just what the kids needed. I would highly recommend her.
Our visit to this location was great, there was a few minor issues we saw while here like: not a lot of staff around to clean up the place, the sanitation of a lot of the inflatable products, areas needing more refs to assist, areas being closed because not enough staff.
Great stay, had lots of fun. The staff were very friendly and attentive. They recently started serving alcohol in addition to a new karaoke machine. All in all I had a blast.
I had such a wonderful experience setting up my child’s birthday party at Rebounderz, thanks to Emily R.! She was incredibly kind, patient, professional, and helpful over the phone.
