We went to Rainbow of the Heartland in Grimes for our daughter's 5th birthday party in May 2019. We had a 2 hour private party (5:30 - 7:30 on a Saturday) which meant 15 kids had the whole place to themselves and no public were allowed in.
My wife and I bought a play set from Rainbow for our 2 year old daughter’s birthday this last fall and we couldn’t be happier with this company!! From start to finish our experience was exceptional.
The staff is friendly, professional and helpful. They were able to get our swing set delivered and assembled quickly. They were also accommodating as we needed to rearrange the layout of ours a bit to best fit the space in our yard. The product is great quality and our kids use it all the time!
