I'm all about customer service, when it comes to food, adventure, hotels, or anything. I don't care how nice a facility is out how many bells and whistles. If the customer service is lacking, it brings the entire experience down. Quantum leap not only excels in customer service, the facility is top notch.

I brought my son here for a friend's birthday party, and I have to say, it's pretty incredible to see. It's got everything a good bounce house needs: giant trampolines (duh), a foam pit with swings over it, and the always fun dodgeball arena! But that, however, is only on the surface.

I found the location of this place a little odd. It’s in an industrial area that appears a bit sketchy, but inside it was pretty cool. There was a dodge ball area, two sections of it I think, a whole other building size space of wall to wall trampolines, a basketball area with 2 different height baskets, and an…
