I saw Brad's recent review and just wanted to weigh in my experience. Yes, the individuals there during the open jump were young. However, during my visit they were very attentive.
The most stress free party I’ve ever hosted. They took care of everything from beginning to end. And it allowed me to be present in the party with my kids and with their friends and parents. Unfortunately I have to update this review.
Just took my son and his friend while they're on spring break. Saw online they have reduced prices on Tuesday and Thursday open jump from 10am-3pm $10 per child. Just takes a few min to fill out online waiver, then you pay (they take cards and cash). Staff was very friendly and helpful.
It's always nice to go somewhere meant for little kids and see employees who act like they don't hate their jobs. We were here for a private birthday party and everyone was so friendly and helpful. The private party allowed for my otherwise shy and clingy 3 year old to actually explore and have so much fun.
