Fantastic Birthday Party Experience! We hosted a private play party here, and it exceeded every expectation. The entire event was incredibly well organized — from the moment we arrived, everything ran smoothly and the staff made sure the kids were engaged and having a great time.
We have had two birthday parties at the Pump It Up in Auburn Hills and I have nothing but great things to say! The staff was welcoming, friendly and kept our party going. Everyone we came into contact with was knowledgeable and professional. Our party girl had a great time and so did all of the guests!
We had a blast! Everything was so organized and made the whole party experience effortless for the host. I loved the after information as well as the party being completely private to avoid injuries. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Ran a double party for two of my kids. Went very smooth. It’s a good setup with two play rooms then the food room. I signed up for 25 and we had addons. I think 35. The room was packed but it worked out. Staff did a nice job overall. It’s a loud environment but that is to be expected. Great place for kid birthday.
