Pottstown YMCA

Fitness equipment selection is ok. Place is clean and not crowded. Staff is generally professional. Convenient location if you live in Pottstown. Not crowded when other places are overrun with kids on their cell phones while they sit on machines. Weekend hours are not great. Locker rooms are old. Weight room is small.

We've been taking parent/toddler swim lessons. The instructors are excellent. The lessons are low pressure, fun, engaging, age appropriate, and practical. The facility can use an update, but it has everything you need. The staff is friendly and helpful. We'll keep signing up for classes.

I love this Y. It is well maintained with friendly and helpful staff. I like the way it’s set up too. The only thing I wish it had was a smith machine and a stair stepper. I have to go to another YMCA certain days to do a complete workout.

This YMCA is clean and well equipped with lot's of opportunties to take fitness classes and get personal training. The staff is friendly and helpful. Almost any kind of fitness routine can be followed at this gym.
