We have been here several times and have never had a bad experience! The staff has always been nice & they are constantly cleaning and putting away toys. I have a 1, 3, & 5 year old who love it every time & ask to go back.
I've seen the YouTube commercials where they say something like "the only part my kids don't like is leaving" this is so true! My 2 year old loves it here! She goes between each area, utilizing pretty much everything. The staff is always kind and bubbly, everything is always clean and nice.
Always clean, they have everything you need from wipes to bags for dirty diapers, hand sanitizer and tissues. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. It’s the perfect way to spend a screen-free hour or two and sit back while your little ones are fully entertained.
The museum is 100% clean and full of toys and beautiful play spaces. My kids played (and got along) for about 3 hours. The bathrooms are nice (important for us while potty training), and it's easy to maintain a safe distance while playing. Oh, and you get a goodbye snack on the way out :)
