We just had my son’s 6th birthday there this past weekend and everything literally was wonderful. We rented the entire space and we were allowed to customize the party area to fit his theme. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and to help in any and every way possible.
Perfect rainy day activity for kids, cool bounce houses, contained area makes it easy to watch the kids. Definitely a bit of a hidden gem highly recommend checking it out.
We had my daughter's 6th birthday party here this month. She loved it and it so did all the kids. The works weren't the most helpful. The one who we started with left halfway through the party and it was kinda confusion. They didn't seem super helpful announcing pizza and cake.
I had my son’s 5th birthday party at Planet Bounce and had a wonderful experience!! We rented the whole place which was so nice, and I loved that they don’t charge per person so we could invite as many people as we wanted.
