Nice staff, 24/7 schedule. Really good workout area and excellent yoga classes. The aquatics area is well-maintained . The heated (82-85F) indoor pool(approx 28m) is great for swimming laps( has backstroke flags).
It was my first day back at a REAL gym since quarantine began. All of the equipment is great & so is the staff. So glad to be back at a gym and working on my health & fitness again. Love that it's open 24 hrs., BIG PLUS!

AMAZING FACILITY and extremely friendly staff. A gym for the true athlete or the everyday Joe, this gym has everything! The only drawback is the daily pass it’s a little pricey but at the end of the day you get what you pay for, DEFINITELY recommend.
