Great customer service! They have an outdoor pool with 2 slides. A shallow end for the kids. They have an indoor pool with a hot tub and sauna. Most YMCAs dont have an outdoor pool or sauna. They have a great gym and workout area. They even had a Laser Tag event on Friday which was great for my 6 year old.
I don’t have a membership here, but I’ve been taking my daughter to swim lessons at this particular Y for the past year. The lessons are a little pricey to me for just 4 sessions (if you’re not a member) with the understanding that the participant will most likely need to take a level multiple times to master it.
This location in Olive Branch MS.is my favorite to go to because #1 ITS SO CLEAN! 😀 and then Everyone is very helpful and friendly. It’s a newer location I believe because everything seems new or newER anyway. They have ALL of the things I love. The steam room is amazing.
I had a challenging experience with the Y recently and was inspired by how well the staff handled my issue. It was no fault of theirs and they were professional and courteous. This is a wonderful facility with a caring staff. Thanks Andrea for helping me with my issue.
