This place is insanely fun! My son chose this place to enjoy his birthday with his friends. I pre-purchased tickets and signed waivers beforehand to maximize our time. You checkin when you arrive and receive bracelets that represent a 1-hour block of time.
Nice, actively involved staff who legit man their stations and interact and encourage the kiddos. I was so impressed. They also allow for any grip socks. The ropes course, ninja warrior course, bounce playhouse, games... 100% prefer this place over Defy or SkyZone.
My son had his 8th birthday party! I'm tired but told my husband that I needed to write a review immediately because this place deserves 5 stars! First, the customer service is awesome. My husband said the team called him prior to the party to make sure things were in order. Second, the place is clean!
Today I took my 10 year old son and 3 of his best friends (14 and 15 year olds) for the very first time. Dorothy was SUPER sweet and took great care of us! The other staff members were very friendly, very attentive, and so much fun to interact with. Great music and great atmosphere.
