Great gym. The staff are super friendly and helpful. If you dont know what you're doing they'll give you a list of machines to use and what areas those target, and will show you where they are. They are also wheelchair friendly, which is the only reason I'm able to go there since im a wheelchair user.
Clean & friendly environment for all ages. Every fitness machine you need & an indoor pool too!
