This place just opened up this past Friday. My family and I had the pleasure of enjoying an hour of play time. If you’re looking for something quick and fun, this is the place. The staff was friendly even with the chaos of 20 ppl walking in. Will definitely come again.
I had my son's birthday party here at Nova, it was a big hit! I booked his party with the manager Derrick, he was so patient with me, explained everything in detail, and also had a promo for an extra hour free jump!
Derrick is hands down the best manager I have seen. Always so attentive and kind towards others. He puts a lot of compassion and care into his work so that guest can have an amazing experience. Overall the facility is great, very clean with tons of things to do. Pricing is very reasonable as well.
I attened my dear daughter’s friends birthday, and it was excellent. Very clean, friendly staff. And the party host, Darion, was excellent! Constantly checking in on the party and serving us. I am even considering booking here myself now. We will be going here now instead of New Britain Fun City!!!
