Ninja Kidz Action Park (Previously XFactor)

The new owner here is doing an incredible job. You can immediately see the effort. While there's still work to do, it’s much cleaner then others, and the hand sanitizer stations are a great touch. The staff is truly what sets this place apart.

My family and I had an amazing time at Ninja Kidz! The facility was very clean, organized, and smelled great, which made the experience even better. Every associate we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and professional. I want to give a special shout-out to BT and Dama for going above and beyond.

I recently attended a birthday party here and had a wonderful experience. Gigi did an amazing job hosting the event—she was welcoming, attentive, and made sure everything ran smoothly throughout the celebration. The newly remodeled space looks fantastic. Everything was well-maintained and inviting.

X factor has come a long way! They now have a ball-pit/slide area for kids 10 and under, a basketball court area and an interactive video game jumping station too! They keep expanding new areas and it’s great! The staff is super friendly and conscious of kids safety.
