I don't even know where to begin with this review. This was the most positive/pleasant experience we have had in a long time. This was our first experience with Niagara Kraze. From the time we entered the doors to the time we left, we were thoroughly taken care of.
We went for a birthday party and had a great time. It is the perfect place for a birthday party - huge plus is you get the whole place to yourself! It was sooooo clean! I have never seen a kids place so clean! My kids were 2 and 5 and this was a good place for them.
What a great place for children's birthday parties, or special events. Very clean with arcade games, bounce houses and inflatable slides. The owner Steve is the nicest guy, very nice and truly cares about his business and clients. Don't hesitate to check out this family owned business, you will not be disappointed.
We had my sons birthday party here. It was such a great time. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly! I couldn't believe the size if the building, how many bounce houses and slides there were for the kids. Laser tag, an arcade area etc. It was the perfect place. Thank you very much for everything.
