We brought our two year old to play this Sunday and had a fantastic time. There was a young man working the counter at the time who was polite and friendly. We didn't encounter the "owner" all the other reviews mention so I can only say the staff on site were polite and pleasant.
I almost didn't go the first time based on the reviews but I'm glad I did! Personally..... I don't care if the owner talkes to herself or opponionated! I dont have to engage with her. I'm not there to be her friend or socialize with her. She provides the service I am looking for..
Great fun for the kids. Everything in the playground is padded well, and there is a designated area for kids two and under. They do pretty good with parties, though with only one party room, it can get a bit cramped. The restrooms are clean, and every time we've been the staff has been polite and helpful.
My son loves going here. We just booked his birthday party last minute and the gentleman at the counter was so accommodating for our short notice. I think it's a fun and safe place for my little guy to play and have fun. I also love the fact they let you bring in your own snacks.
