Hello, there! I teach 2 AQUA ZUMBA classes, Wed 8:35am and 9:20am. 40 minutes each. Who said water classes for seniors? Yes, it's easy for your joints, but my AQUA ZUMBA classes are for everyone! From athletes/teens, to someone who is pregnant or after knee/hip surgery.
This place is seriously amazing. Hot tub, wet and dry saunas, huge heated pool, lap lanes and clean changing facilities.
Nice visit, hours are great, pool was pretty laid back and I appreciate the number of lifeguards. When leaving, it would be nice if the front desk staff at least said bye, wished us a nice day or even waved and smiled.
I took the tour of the facility. Enjoyed the pool area today. Its a best kept secret gem. The staff was very informative, friendly and professional. Very clean facility
