If anyone had told me a few years ago that the Y would be one of my favorite haunts, I would have laughed in their face! However, now that we have discovered the extensive offerings in the Foreverwell programming designed for the 50+ crowd, my husband and I spend a couple hours here almost every day.
It was a good class. However, with the other kids playing basketball nearby, it was very loud and a distraction to hear what the instructors were saying. Also, the timing in the community education booklet was incorrect with what the actual time was for the class.
Clean facility, great working workout equipment. Running track and lap swimming pool. There is also a nice hot tub in the pool area
A great facility for the area. Nice pool/hot tub area. Edit: went to the Luau today. The staff here are just excellent people!
