I just had a birthday party for my 3yr old daughter. When I tell you it was an amazing experience from start to finish, I feel like that doesn’t even do it justice. Planning was a breeze with their event coordinator attentively helping every step of the way and answering every question.
We celebrated my daughters first birthday here. It was such a great experience! The little kids all loved the place - I received so many messages saying how everyone wanted to go back and have their birthdays there.
We have been here several times to play, but this review is coming after we just had our daughter’s first birthday party here. The staff is absolutely incredible!! They are always so kind and welcoming, but I was blown away by their hospitality for my daughter’s party.
*Edit: The manager ended up reaching out to me, which was totally unexpected. She apologized and made it right, which was more than enough to make up for everything. It's always wonderful knowing that places are looking out for you, even on a bad day! We plan on returning for a fresh start.
