My daughter attended a birthday party here and absolutely loved it. The party set up was amazing and the staff was professional and very friendly. By the end of the party my daughter(5) was tuckered out from playing on the indoor playground and skating.
Definitely a fun way to spend an evening! Clean, fast food service and good family music. The Taylor Swift Eras theme night was a blast! The young lady, Alicia, working the playground area was fantastic. She kept the kids safe, mindful of the rules, and played alongside them.
Update: previously 2-star, now 5. I suppose many people had similar thoughts, and they changed it now it is only "recommended" to not skate on the new floor. They listened? That is rare for a business to take feedback into consideration. Great respect for that. They redid their floor, which looks good.
So we took our daughter here for the first time last month for a school skate night. I was a little nervous after reading all the negative reviews, but I'm confused. We just took her again tonight with a friend and both experiences were nice. Staff was friendly and full of smiles.
