I recently visited the LEGO store at Assembly Row in Somerville, and I have to say it was an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the store’s bright, inviting layout and the sheer variety of LEGO sets on display.
We visited last week for our sons’ birthdays. It was easy to walk to from the MBTA and there were lots of other great stores nearby. When we walked in, it was bright and exciting. Andrew the staff helped us twice (check in to park and checking out with Lego purchases) and he was fantastic! The lego city was amazing!
Super fun! We did Lego adult night, areas to build, a cafe, beer. Not very structured but still fun. Store does close at 8 if you are planning on buying anything!
UPDATE - JUNE 2026: I just wanted to take the time to update my review from my last visit in May, which was not a good one to a more positive one. I just recently visited you again in June with my youngest grandson, this time. It was a weekday and boy what a difference in atmosphere, staff attitude and service!
