He was great. Zakariya was very nice and helpful. He was willing to grab things out of my car to bring in. He filled balloons and helped decorate. He insist on serving even when I offered to do it myself. He was respectful and had no problem when I needed help as he was helping other coworkers and other small tasks.
Overall, we had a good experience at the trampoline park and lounge. The kids had a great time, everything was clean, and the setup worked well for a party. That said, I did feel a bit rushed at the end. As soon as our time was up, it seemed like we had to clear out quickly for the next party.
We want to sincerely thank the entire team at Launch Family Entertainment Park (Methuen) for the wonderful hospitality, kindness, and professionalism shown to our children and families yesterday.
We had an exceptional time celebrating our son’s 7th birthday at Launch. It was a Sunday and not overly crowded, which made it much easier for both kids and parents to enjoy the experience. The kids had a blast and parents could actually relax while keeping an eye on them. Our party host, Peter, was fantastic.
