Lake Metroparks Adventure Play

Ahoy, young explorers and old sea dogs alike! Me recent adventure to Lake Metroparks Adventure Playground was like discovering an uncharted island teeming with fun and thrills!

Great place for kids of all ages and adults. First park I’ve been to with a zip line and large, horizontal rock wall. Aside from the numerous outdoor nature activities they also have a Story Walk where you read pages of a children’s story along a short hike with a few activities in between.

This is a great place for older children to climb, play and learn. I would recommend this playground for children 7-12. It's hard to find play areas that entertain older children, but this is it. There are climbing walls, 2 ziplines, tree stumps to jump, balance beams and tie downs between trees to climb on and enjoy.

Excellent shades playgrounds, rock climbing walls, zip lines, steep trail to the creek, multiple bathrooms by the parking lot. Just a great park for kids of all agees.ages. Indoor building for events with build in aquarium too. The provided a lot of games and activities for our reunion and we had a great time.
