My 3 year old left her most prized possession, her baby doll.. I called once I realized and spoke to the nicest young man. I wish I’d gotten his name. He was working Friday night and I called at 8pm. He assured me they would look for it once th place called down around 9.
This place was clean and front desk employees were efficient and friendly. There's ample space for seating. Lots of tables reserved for birthday parties. Play area was clean and spacious for the kids to run around for 3 hours. The bathroom was not working for whatever reason, thats the reason for my 4 star.
Kids empire is a wonderful multilevel indoor jungle gym with obstacles and two large slides, a mini soccer arena and lots of obstacles to play around on. There are designated areas for little kids and big kids so that little kids are safe. The bathrooms are clean and have changing areas as well.
Such a great location and the perfect place to escape the dreary, never-ending winter months. My kiddos absolutely love this place—we spent hours there without them getting bored. It’s safe, clean, and genuinely fun, even for adults. A fantastic spot for families. Highly recommended!
