It's important when someone comes to a place that people recognize them and know their name. I have enjoyed being greeted by 1) Matthew often as I'm coming more often now with my grandson Isaac and also 2) Diego I've known for a while, both of them.
My daughter and I had a great time! Usually, she is very overwhelmed by this type of environment, but she ran in there and loved it. It wasn't as noisy as I would have thought. The place is very clean. The staff was very kind. They are continuously in motion putting things away, setting things up.
We had an amazing experience hosting my 3 year old grandson’s party here. Everything was great from beginning to end. Our host, Adrian, was incredibly responsive, engaging, and supportive throughout the entire process.
