My kids and I LOVE the music, concept, and layout of the play space BUT the employees need to vacuum and clean this place once in a while. Ahem…like every day. As others have pointed out, there is visible dust, hair, and trash behind and on top of the structures.
Such a great play place and the staff is excellent, especially Jessica and Michael. Best customer service, thanks Guys! Super Clean!!! The staff is vacuuming , wiping down surfaces and moping all The time. This place does a great job of cleaning so don’t worry. Great place to have a party!
This place is awesome!! Me and my little came here at like 5:30pm! Around 6:30 a birthday party came in! Everything was super fun and seamless! Super clean! They brought out the dragon and had a dance party in the little dance room! My kid was elated! All the children followed the dragon like the pied piper!
We just had our 4 year olds birthday party here with 17 kids and it was an actual dream. The team is amazing Andrew was our party host and was so lovely. Millie and Lillee and the whole team seemed to really care and enjoy their jobs which at these kids spaces feels rare sometimes.
