The facility was clean and well-maintained, and the staff provided exceptional service. My children thoroughly enjoyed their visit, particularly appreciating the dedicated play area for children aged five and under. Certain areas even offered engaging activities for parents.
It was my first time going to an indoor playground in Hawaii and I'm glad I went to Kids City and my first impression was very positive. The place is equipped with many staff so everything was properly supervised, organized and clean even if there were a lot of children around.
My son had his 6th birthday party here. Kid city made it so easy and stress free. They checked in a few times via phone leading up to the date to make sure I had everything I needed. Definitely recommend adding on a helper as well for $50. I was able to drop off decorations and they had it set up when we arrived.
Super convenient location central in town. Parking is ample and easy to find on street level across from TJ Maxx building /parking lot. I took my 3yo around 130pm and they shared a promotion they are having which is "HAPPY HOUR" m-f 1300-1700 hours you get 10% off!
