My son has an amazing time. We got the day pass so he could keep coming back. The staff were incredible and worked to make sure the kids were safe and had fun. In particular, the manager's son, who also works there, went out of his way to race (super carefully) with my son when no one else was around.

Honestly is worth your time and money this is the second time we come here in Mercedes outlets the gentleman name Isa help me and explain everything also I ask if we can do birthday party and said yes it all depends on how many kids will attend.

It was very organized and clean the customer service was excellent my kids loved it can't wait to bring my sons again

We were very impressed with Andre, he was very attentive to the safety of the children. It was very evident that he loves his job and cares the customers.
