Cheryl made me and my little 5 year old crew feel welcomed. The facility was clean, orderly, and felt safe. Since this was a snow day and my first time visiting, Cheryl clearly explained the policy and features. We will definitely be back.

My granddaughter had a great time. She was scared to play on the equipment until she met another girl her age then she played on everything and didn't want to leave after 3 hours 😃 I liked that you can leave to get something to eat and come back the same day for free too. Parents are free too.
Cheryl, made our experience extra special today. She welcomed myself and my sons with kindness and helped us get situated in the play space. She was very attentive to the needs of both English and non-english visitors and their children paying extra careful attention to the smaller kids.
