We had a great experience at the Andover location! A great party location. Not much for the adults to do, just get the kids there and they can do the rest. They have an ice machine for the drinks. As well as a kitchen available right next to the birthday tables.
Hosted my sons 1st birthday party here and it turned out great! The reason why I put 4 stars thought was because even though the staff was very nice when we first walked in, they didn’t provide trash cans for us until the end when it was time to clean up, and we actually had trash in between throughout the party, and…
We have only been to open jump so far and our child has loved it. They want their next birthday party there! I love it because the jumping area is contained with a single entrance/exit point (excluding another emergency exit, of course), so I don’t feel the need to hover.
Went to a birthday party here and it was great! Quickly signed a waiver and went over rules at the door then went on our way. The facility was clean and clear of cords for the inflatables which was great for the kids to run around freely!
