I want to begin by expressing my appreciation for your friendly staff and the enjoyable environment you provide. My son loves spending time at your facility, and we especially appreciate the discounted prices on Tuesdays. However, I am writing to share a serious concern regarding the ball pit area.
My partner and I had our son's first birthday here yesterday and we had an absolute blast. Amanda and Lisa were a Godsend for this already very stressful but special day. They were extremely hands on with helping me set up decorations that I brought and even gave suggestions for the set up.
We booked a 20 person party for my daughter’s 6th birthday. We had a blast! Carmen and her staff member (sorry I don’t remember her name but she was super sweet) were such a big help setting up and even making suggestions on where to put some of the things we brought with us. Booking online was easy.
Very clean. Very fun. Highly recommend for 5yo and younger. The space is divided into two area. Ball pit, floor game, beehive slide, costumes, large Legos and magnatiles on one side. Other side has 2 story play house, seating area, soft surface play area, dolls, and play kitchen.
