We did our son’s birthday party today 12/15/2024. Just wanted to say thank you so so so much. Thank you for handling everything so smoothly and having great communication. My son had an amazing birthday and something he will forever remember. The staff was so heart warming and great. Everything was so clean.
We just had my daughter's 5th birthday here and it was amazing !! The kids had an absolute blast!! It was pure chaos but it was the good kind of chaos haha. The place was perfect especially because it was just our party going on so all the moms were relaxed and not worrying.
We just celebrated our daughter’s fourth birthday here, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming. They greeted our guests and helped get everything set up perfectly in the birthday area. The planning process was so smooth and organized.
I had my daughter’s 3rd birthday party at Jump Town and it was perfect! Everything out did my expectations. The party was broken into three 30 minute areas. The 1st room was all bounce houses/slides, the 2nd room being a glow in the dark disco dance floor/DJ with other bounce houses. Then the 3rd being the party room.
