What parents say
Excellent idea for kids & toddlers to spend a fun time while at the mall. Prices are fair and you can go in/out as pleased. Make sure you bring your socks or buy some in the mall, otherwise you’ll pay $4 for a pair! Staff is very nice and helpful
I can’t say enough good things about how accommodating they were with my party transfer situation. From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding—super friendly, professional, and patient. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly and stress-free.
It is $20 for one child and one adult to enter. You and your child must both be wearing socks or else you will have to purchase socks to enter. Shoes for both adult and child have to be checked in at the entrance. The facility is quite clean, the floors or mostly padded industrial carpet.
Cool spot. Kids had a lot of fun. Staff was nice, trainee was nice too. We were at 1 and then came back at 6. I just wish some of the adults wouldn’t go up there. I mean, unless they have an infant child that’s cool but when your kid is 5. Sometimes I don’t see them with a kid so that just makes me feel uneasy.
