I wanted to leave a review for Cody at the Jump Zone trampoline park because great customer service like this deserves to be recognized. From the moment we walked in, Cody was incredibly welcoming and kind.
Shout out to the staff Kimberly and Jaime (hope I spelled that right) who were attentive with the kids and very welcoming! The place was very clean for all the kids to play.
We had my son’s birthday party here today. Staff was so friendly and made the whole experience perfectly easy and enjoyable. We had our own private area and all the tableware was provided for us.
I gave this place 4 stars only because you can't have food or drink in the seating area of the jump floor and they could improve on their ventilation system. The staff is great and they keep up the place really well. Price is reasonable and offer a decent selection of refreshments.
