We really enjoyed that the play area is fully fenced in — as a parent of 3 young kids (1, 3, and 5), that added sense of security is a huge reason we chose to visit. However, during our visit, both staff and other parents repeatedly left the gate open, which created a major safety concern.
We had our sons Birthday Party here. The manager, and all the employees went above and beyond to ensure a great day on my sons actual Birthday. The owner spoke with me several times and was incredibly helpful and supportive. Joyville is a great addition to our community.
I was one of the first parties at this location . It was my daughter’s 3rd birthday . They went above and beyond prepping everything , catering to all my many requests( and there were many ) . The staff was super helpful with setup and cleanup . Even gave us extra lea-way with timing when our guests were late .
